Project Overview:
The SDR Zone is a dedicated online content hub for sales development representatives and team leaders. It consolidates tactical sales resources — including cold calling scripts, cadences, webinars, podcasts, and video training — into a single, easy-to-navigate page.
I led the website build, UX design, and optimisation for the hub, collaborating with Demand Gen, Content, Website, and SEO teams to ensure it became a high-value sales enablement asset.
The Challenge:
Cognism had a wealth of high-quality sales content scattered across different areas of the website. This made it difficult for B2B sales teams to find and access resources quickly.
The goal was to create a centralised, user-friendly hub that:
Organises resources logically for different content formats.
Supports sales enablement and training for both prospects and customers.
Encourages repeat visits and deep engagement from MM+ prospects.
The Approach:
Content Audit & Strategy – Partnered with Demand Gen and Content teams to identify key assets to feature and how they should be grouped.
UX & Navigation Design – Created a sticky page navigation for easy access to multiple content types without overwhelming users.
Video Optimisation – Structured the page to handle high volumes of on-demand video content without affecting load speed or usability.
Cross-Team Collaboration – Worked closely with SEO to ensure the hub was optimised for search discoverability.
